My  board  members  would  like  to  request  an  appointment  to  revisit  the  current  street  sweeping  schedule  for  the  Hollywood  Media  District 
BID.  As  you  may  be  aware  there  are  numerous  streets  with  “Street  Sweeping”  signage  which  translates  to  no  parking.  The  Business 
Improvement  District  is  parking  challenged  and  would  like  to  explore  the  opportunity  of  adjusting  some  of  the  street  sweeping  routes.  I 
understand  that  the  “yard”  is  located  on  Romaine  where  the  sweeping  trucks  begin  their  day.  I have  attached  a map  in  which  one  of 
our  board  members  prepared  with  a possible  route  adjustment  where  there  is  only  commercial  properties  located  [The  goal  is  to  free 
up  street  parking  during  business  hours  - so  if  we  can  work  together  to  change  the  routes  to  early  in  the  morning  (basically  anytime 
between  midnight  and  6am  and  any  day  of  the  week  that  works)  that  would  be  great. 

Take  a look  at  the  attached  map  and  let  me  know  if  this  is  possible.
